Delivery Timelines
Delivery usually takes 4–5 days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 days of placing the order. If finishing or customization is requested, the order will be shipped within 4–7 days. Delivery timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

Domestic Shipping (India)
Free shipping on all orders in India.

International Shipping
Free international shipping on orders above ₹30,000.

For orders below ₹30,000, shipping charges are calculated after packaging based on volumetric weight and destination. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Information
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
For address modifications, please contact our support number within 2 hours of placing your order.
If the delivery address is incorrect and the courier returns the package to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges. Purple Potli reserves the right to cancel such orders.
