At Purple Potli, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. If you need help with your order, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Order Cancellation

  1. Free cancellations are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided no customizations such as fall, pico, or edging have been selected.

  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 8–14 days after approval.

Returns & Replacements
If you receive a product in damaged condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and return it to the delivery person immediately. We will arrange a replacement for the same product wherever possible.

For all other return requests, free returns are available within 5 days, provided the item does not fall under the exclusions listed below. Please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp with your Order ID, and we will help arrange a replacement or return.
Please ensure that the original tags and packaging are intact when returning the item.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

  1. Products with customizations.

  2. Items returned without original packaging and accessories.

  3. Items with physical damage caused after delivery.
