Return & Exchange Policy
At Purple Potli, we take utmost care in delivering products that are crafted with love and attention to detail. We also offer dedicated WhatsApp support to assist you throughout your order journey. While we strive to ensure that you receive the correct product, in the rare event of any issue, please refer to the return and exchange policy below.
Cancellation Policy
1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided no customization (such as fall/pico/edging) has been made.
2. Order amount will be refunded to the original source within 8-14 days.
Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. Minor colour variations due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen resolution do not qualify as defects.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing us with clear photos of the issue, including packaging (if damaged)at purple.potlii@gmail.com
Important: Do not accept or open parcels that appear tampered with or unsealed. Contact us immediately on support number if this occurs.
Once we review your request, a return authorization will be shared within 5 working days. The item must be couriered back in original condition and packaging within 5 days of receiving the authorization.
Shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer. In case of approved return, store credit will be issued.
Note: Items purchased on discount are not eligible for return or refund.
Policy Enforcement: If return/exchange requests are repeatedly misused, we reserve the right to refuse future returns.
